Health and Wellness Coaching & Yoga Instruction

I collaborate with clients to identify value in meeting their personal health and wellness goals, and the barriers to obtaining them.  Together, we’ll strategize and layout concrete, measurable action steps toward identified goals.  I provide non-judgmental support and help to keep my clients encouraged, motivated, focused, and accountable to their self-identified goals.

My goals in offering health coaching, yoga and meditation services are to:

Improve mental health outcomes by partnering with persons diagnosed with anxiety and or mood disorders in the creation and sustainment of holistic, healthy lifestyles; and support others in living life in a state of awareness, in which they make intentional choices that help to better align them with reaching their fullest potential.

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence.
