Fees and Health Insurance
I accept cash, check, and credit cards, including Health Spending Account credit cards, for payment of services.
I am currently accepting Aetna Student Health Insurance, and will bill Aetna directly for services provided to students with Aetna Student Health Insurance. Please contact Aetna for information on your deductible and co-insurance.
I do not directly participate nor bill any other health insurance companies. Some insurance companies will provide "out-of-network provider" reimbursement for some portion of your cost for mental health services. Please contact your insurance provider to learn if they provide these benefits.
Payment is due at time of service and can be made via cash, check, credit card, including Health Spending Account credit cards. I will provide you with a statement of payment at the end of each month. This statement will include all of the information you need to file a claim with your health insurance company, should you choose to do so. A less detailed statement of payment is available at the end of each session via my patient portal. After scheduling your initial appointment via phone, you will be provided with access to my patient portal where you can create a secure account, message me, schedule appointments and view your payment account.
